For compliance reasons, SINEGY and all of its platforms strictly prohibits accepting deposits from or withdrawals to third-party payment processors. Third-party payment processors are defined as financial institutions (Example: Transferwise, Paypal, WorldRemit, etc.) of a different name than the account of the registered user.
We are unable to determine if such transactions are associated with the user's account, and this is therefore in breach of AMLA guidelines. All deposits and withdrawals must match the name of the user's registered account.
