1) Proof of Identity
One of the following is required:
- National Registration Identity Card
- Driver's License
- Passport (Non-Malaysian users must provide this)
2) Proof of Residence
This can be a scanned copy of one of the following:
- A credit card or bank statement
- A mobile phone bill - (e.g. Maxis, Celcom, Digi etc.)
- A water bill, electricity bill or internet bill - (e.g. Air Selangor (SYABAS), PBA, TNB, TIME, etc.
* Please note that the Proof of Residence document must clearly show name, the address you signed up with and a date that is not more than 3 months old.
