Companies that wish to register for a corporate account will have to first register here: https://marketplace.sinegy.com/sign-up
Then, please click on the "Corporate Account" tab.
Kindly furnish the documents below beforehand, as they will be required for upload during this process:
1) Company Incorporation Documents consisting of:
a) Combined company incorporation documents - Superform;
b) Certificate of Incorporation issued by SSM
or
a) Certificate of Incorporation issued by SSM - Form 9;
b) Notice of registered address and business address - Form 44;
c) Notice of register of Directors - Form 49;
d) Memorandum and Articles of Association - M&A
4) Proof of Trading Name ( website, company letterhead)
5) Proof of address for the business (Examples of proof of address: Utility bills or bank statements)
6) Scanned ID and proof of address of every Director, and the person who is managing the SINEGY Account
7) Scanned ID and proof of address of every Shareholder with 10% or more voting rights
8) A "selfie" of the Shareholder(s), Director(s) and the Authorized Representative holding their NRIC or Passport AND a handwritten note stating "For SINEGY" with today's date (e.g. For SINEGY 12-12-17)
9*) Resolution signed by Directors naming an individual person and giving said person authority to act and operate SINEGY account.
10*) Declaration on the source of funds (Token Sales, 3rd-party Investment, Business Income, Salary, etc.) and Designated Wallet Address(s).
11*) Proof of Source of Funds of the Company and all Directors/Shareholders that holds 25% or more of shares in the Company. 6 months Bank Statement or tax returns are required and documents proving the source of funds declared in the declaration above.
