Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you enter this Contest. By entering, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating in this Contest. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

 

Contest Information

This Mid-Autumn Digital Art Contest is organised by SINEGY DAX Sdn Bhd (1424796-U) (“Organiser”). The Contest starts on the 5th of September 2022 (Monday) at 8pm and ends at 8pm on the 30th of September 2022 (Friday). Entries received outside of the Contest period will be disqualified.

 

Eligibility

  1. This Contest is open to all who are residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above (“Participants”) as of the date of participation in this contest, 8pm, 5th of September 2022. 
  2. The following people who are not eligible to participate in the Contest: employees, shareholders, officers, directors, and representatives of the Organiser and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, and representatives, together with the immediate family members (regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household as such persons (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest or if the Organiser views that the Participant fails to meet any of the Organiser’s participation criteria.

Contest Period 

This Contest begins at 8pm on the 5th of September 2022 (Monday), and ends at 8pm on the 30th of September 2022 (Friday).

 

Contest Mechanics & Qualifying Criteria 

  1. Entries for the “Mid-Autumn Digital Art Contest'' must be submitted via all Organiser’s Twitter accounts only.

  2. Only one submission is permissible. One (1) participant is equivalent to one (1) submission.

  3. Rewards will be sent to the winner’s SINEGY account by the end of this Contest campaign (terms and conditions criteria must be valid or else void)

  4. To participate in this Contest, Participants need to:

Judging Criteria

  • Interpretation of Theme (Mid-Autumn festive elements)

  • Must include crypto element - Ethereum (ETH) elements

All submissions must be made through the Organiser’s Twitter.

Submission

  1. Participants must make a submission to the competition individually. Competition entrants are prohibited from sale, assignment or transfer of any of their submission rights to a third party. Once the final submissions are sent to the Organiser’s Twitter, no additional changes or edits can be made. Video artworks, installations and sculptures will not be accepted.
  2. Artwork pixel and dimension

    • i. Measurement: 1350 x 1350 pixel; 1:1 ratio (150dpi)

      ii. Only digital artwork is accepted (can be 2D or 3D )

      iii. Formats accepted: PNG or JPEG in RGB, up to 1GB

      iv. Include the colour code: #4500BB

  • 3. The Organiser holds the right to disqualify any submission which is non-compliant with the competition guidelines, does not meet the rules and regulations, or is found to contain any identifying sign or mark that can contribute to the identity of the entrant. All submissions received after the competition's closing date will be automatically disqualified. The organiser is not required to notify the entrant or participant of a disqualified entry or submission.
  • 4. Judging criteria include Interpretation, Creativity, Originality, Quality of artistic composition of the depicted theme and Overall impression of the art.
  • 5. The Submission must not be derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, libelous, or contain any content that is inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, tortuous, slanderous, discriminatory in any way, or that promotes hatred or harm against any group or person, or otherwise does not comply with the theme and spirit of the Art Competition.
  • 6. The Submission may not contain any content, element, or material that violates a third party's publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
  • 7. The Submission must not contain content, material, or any element that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations including the laws or regulations in any state or country.
  • 8. The Submission must not contain any content, material or element that displays any third party advertising, slogan, logo, trademark, representation of characters indicating sponsorship or endorsement by a third party, commercial entity or that is not within the spirit of the Competition, as determined by Organiser, in its sole discretion.
  • 9. The submission must be original, unpublished, and unminted work that does not contain, incorporate, or otherwise use any third-party or entity-owned content, material, or element.

SELECTION OF WINNERS & PRIZE REDEMPTION

  1. The total number of winners for this Contest is TWO (2) people for the duration of the Contest Period.
    1. Grand Prize: RM1,500.00 worth of Ethereum (ETH)
    2. 1st Runner-Up: RM500.00 worth of Ethereum (ETH)

  2. The Organiser will announce the list of winners on all the Organiser’s Twitter Page or any other medium deemed suitable (Facebook and Linkedin etc.).

  3. All Prizes are awarded by the Organiser and/or sponsors on an “as is” basis and are accepted by the Participant without warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied.

  4. The Prize Winners will be announced on Organiser’s official Twitter Page. Suppose a potential winner does not respond within FIFTEEN (15) days of the first winner notification attempt or fails to claim the Prize within FIFTEEN (15) days of successful notification. In that case, the potential winner may be subject to disqualification, their prize subject to forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining Entries. The Organiser will not entertain any requests to extend the prize collection period. The Organiser will not be held liable if the winners cannot be reached via email/SMS/phone call. 

  5. Winners must create an account with the Organiser to redeem/receive their prize. If a winner is unable to claim their prize(s), the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen from all remaining entries.
  6. All Prizes are awarded by the Organiser and/or sponsors on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, or vouchers.
  7. The Organiser’s decision on the winners is final, binding, and conclusive. No correspondence, queries, appeals, or protests will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to reuse/modify/replicate the submission of all participants.
  8. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  9. All copyright to the submitted artwork remains with the participants of this contest. Participants also declare that their artwork is original and their work does not violate or infringe upon the copyright of others. Participants also hereby warrant to SINEGY to use, edit, apply, post, and share the artwork for SINEGY's commercial and non-commercial purposes without being compensated monetarily or otherwise.

 

CAUTION: Any emails/ SMS sent by the organiser to the account users shall not contain any request for financial, credit card, or bank account information. Do not reveal any personal details to third parties without any verification. Should there be any doubts, contact the Organiser’s ‘SINEGY DAX Sdn.
