Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you enter this Contest. By entering, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating in this Contest. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

 

Contest Information

This #KriupKriup Contest is organised by SINEGY DAX Sdn Bhd (1424796-U) (“Organiser”). The Contest starts on the 17th of May 2023 (Wednesday) at 12:30 pm and ends at 11.59 pm on the 31st of May 2023 (Wednesday). Entries received outside of the Contest period will be disqualified.

 

Eligibility

This Contest is open to all who are residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above (“Participants”) as of the date of participation in this contest, 12:30pm, 17th of May 2023.

 

The following people who are not eligible to participate in the Contest: employees, shareholders, officers, directors, and representatives of the Organiser and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, and representatives, together with the immediate family members (regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household as such persons (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

 

Contest Period

This Contest begins at 12:30pm on the 17th of May 2023 (Wednesday) and ends at 11.59 pm on the 31st of May 2023 (Wednesday).

 

Contest Mechanics & Qualifying Criteria

  1. Entries for the “Kriup Kriup Contest'' must be submitted via all Organiser’s Twitter only.
  2. To participate in this Contest, Participants need to:
  • Follow all of the organizer's social media channels.
  • Tweet “I am #TeamSuperRing/ #TeamDoubleDecker/ #TeamMIMI/ #TeamPoPo because ______” and follow with the required hashtag (#KriupKriupSinegy #sinegygiveaway) in the Organiser’s Twitter account.
  • Tag 3 or more friends and family.
  • Participants can submit as many entries as they wish. One (1) tweet is equivalent to one (1) submission.

3. Rewards will be sent to the winner’s house address by the end of this Contest campaign (terms and conditions criteria must be valid or else void).

 

SELECTION OF WINNERS & PRIZE REDEMPTION

  1. The total number of winners for this Contest is THREE (3) people for the duration of the Contest Period.
    • Kriup Kriup (3 WINNERS) - Malaysian OG Snack Box + RM30 worth of Bitcoin
  2. The Organiser will announce the list of winners on all Organiser’s Twitter Page or any other mediums deemed suitable (Facebook and, Linkedin).
  3. All Prizes are awarded by the Organiser and/or sponsors on an “as is” basis and are accepted by the Participant without warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied.
  4. The Prize Winners will be announced on Organiser’s official Twitter Page. If a potential winner does not respond within FIFTEEN (15) days of the first winner notification attempt or fails to claim the Prize within FIFTEEN (15) days of successful notification, such potential winner may be subject to disqualification, their prize is subject to forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining Entries. The Organiser will not entertain any request to extend the prize collection period. The Organiser shall not be held responsible if the Winners are not contactable through email/SMS/phone call. The winners will be announced on the Organiser’s Twitter Page.
  5. Winners must create an account with the Organiser to redeem/receive their prize. In the event, that a Winner is unable to claim their prize(s), the prize is subject to forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining Entries.
  6. All Prizes are awarded by the Organiser and/or sponsors on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, or voucher.
  7. The Organiser’s decision on the determination of the winners is final, binding, and conclusive. No correspondence, queries, appeals, or protests will be entertained.
  8. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

CAUTION: Any emails/ SMS sent by the organiser to the account users shall not contain any request for financial, credit card, or bank account information. Do not reveal any personal details to third parties without any verification. Should there be any doubts, contact the Organiser’s ‘SINEGY DAX Sdn. Bhd.’ via our email: hello@sinegy.com to verify the email/SMS received.
