Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you enter this Contest. By entering, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from participating in this Contest. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Contest Information

This #AidilSinegy Contest is organised by SINEGY DAX Sdn Bhd (1424796-U) (“Organiser”). The Contest starts on the 7th of April 2023 (Friday) at 2:00 pm and ends at 11.59 pm on the 30th of April 2023 (Sunday). Entries received outside of the Contest period will be disqualified.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to all who are residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above (“Participants”) as of the date of participation in this contest, 2pm, 7th of April 2023.
The following people who are not eligible to participate in the Contest: employees, shareholders, officers, directors, and representatives of the Organiser and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, and representatives, together with the immediate family members (regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household as such persons (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest or if the Organiser views that the Participant fails to meet any of the Organiser’s participation criteria.

Contest Period

This Contest begins at 2pm on the 7th of April 2023 (Friday) and ends at 11.59 pm on the 30th of April 2023 (Sunday).

Contest Mechanics & Qualifying Criteria

Entries for the “AidilSinegy Contest'' must be submitted via all Organiser’s Twitter / Facebook accounts only.
Only one submission is permissible. One (1) participant is equivalent to one (1) submission.
Please submit your full details through the Quiz Form in order to receive your prize redemption if you are selected.
Rewards will be sent to the winner’s SINEGY account by the end of this Contest campaign (terms and conditions criteria must be valid or else void). Grand prize tickets will be issued to the winner via email upon confirmation of the winners identity.
To participate in this Contest, Participants need to:

1. Answer all the Questions in the Quiz Form.

2. FOLLOW our Official Twitter Account + Official Facebook Account @SinegyMY

3. Retweet & tag 3 friends / repost & tag 3 friends with the caption

All submissions must be submitted via our AidilSinegy Quiz Link.

Submission

Participants must make a submission to the competition individually. Competition entrants are prohibited from the sale, assignment or transfer of any of their submission rights to a third party. Once the final submissions are sent to the Organiser’s AidilSinegy Quiz Form, no charges will be required for participating.
The Organiser holds the right to disqualify any submission which is non-compliant with the competition guidelines, does not meet the rules and regulations, or is found to contain any identifying sign or mark that can contribute to the identity of the entrant. All submissions received after the competition's closing date will be automatically disqualified. The organiser is not required
The Submission may not contain any content, element, or material that violates a third party's publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
The Submission must not contain content, material, or any element that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations including the laws or regulations in any state or country.

SELECTION OF WINNERS & PRIZE REDEMPTION

The total number of winners for this Contest is (21) people for the duration of the Contest Period.

Grand Prize: 1 WINNER to ESCAPE PENANG - x2 Adult Tickets + RM50 WORTH OF BTC
Ketupat Kripto: 20 WINNERS - RM50 WORTH OF BTC/each

The Organiser will announce the list of winners on the Organiser’s Twitter / Facebook Page or any other medium deemed suitable (Facebook and Linkedin etc.).
All Prizes are awarded by the Organiser and/or sponsors on an “as is” basis and are accepted by the Participant without warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Prize Winners will be announced on Organiser’s official Twitter / Facebook Page. Suppose a potential winner does not respond within FIFTEEN (15) days of the first winner notification attempt or fails to claim the Prize within FIFTEEN (15) days of successful notification. In that case, the potential winner may be subject to disqualification, their prize subject to forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining Entries. The Organiser will not entertain any requests to extend the prize collection period. The Organiser will not be held liable if the winners cannot be reached via email/SMS/phone call.
Winners must create an account with the Organiser to redeem/receive their prize. If a winner is unable to claim their prize(s), the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be chosen from all remaining entries.
All Prizes are awarded by the Organiser and/or sponsors on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, or vouchers.
The Organiser’s decision on the winners is final, binding, and conclusive. No correspondence, queries, appeals, or protests will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to reuse/modify/replicate the submission of all participants.
Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
