WRONG CHOICE OF NETWORK TYPE DURING WITHDRAWAL FROM OTHER EXCHANGES WILL CAUSE THE IRREVERSIBLE LOSS OF YOUR ETH FUNDS
When withdrawing ETH from other exchanges, users might be asked to choose a network/chain type to transfer their ETH funds on.
Examples would be:
BNB - Binance Chain (BEP2)
BSC - Binance Smart Chain (BEP20)
ETH - Ethereum (ERC20)
etc.
If a user is not asked, it defaults to the ETH - Ethereum (ERC20) network/chain type.
SINEGY - and most other exchanges - only support deposits of ETH from other exchanges that are done on the ETH - Ethereum (ERC20) network type.
We do not support the other network types (Also known as "chains").
We only support the ERC20 network type.
The ETH and other networks (Ex.: Binance) are separate so the funds would be in the equivalent network address, not the ERC20 address. We do not have any tooling or way for you to recover those funds.
